Message: Dr. Evans is great. Took the time to explain and reassure us that my son’s eyes are doing well after a previous surgery. Have to take a star off for the time it takes to get through appointments and the disappointing glasses ordering process… it is very long. They even have a sign saying expect 1. 5 to 2 hours for your appointment. That doesn’t account for glasses picking out and the time it takes to order them. We were also frustrated that “their system” could not order what we needed for glasses. (Tricky bifocal situation apparently. ) Not what I expected for such a highly recommended place. After 3 hours we still left without a glasses order.
